Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry and we guarantee your satisfaction. Following are our return guidelines, but please don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns. Email us at email@example.com or leave a message at 386-506-2609.
Personalized or Custom Items
Personalized or custom items generally cannot be returned (unless we've made a mistake, in which case we'll refund the purchase price as well as the cost of shipping both ways or correct the problem at no additional cost to you.)
All Other Items
If you're not satisfied with any other item, return it for refund or store credit within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be unworn and in their original condition. The purchase price for refunds will be credited to the original source of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return results from an error on our part. If you are requesting an exchange, you will be billed for the shipping cost of the replacement product, except when we've made an error fulfilling your order. In such cases, the original shipping cost will be refunded and we will mail you a return label for the package.
How to Return a Product
Package items for return in the manner in which they were sent and return the prepaid via United States Postal Service insured and with delivery confirmation. (Coracao Jewelry cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipping.) Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Send returns to:
