Free Shipping on All Orders!

In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 business days. However, all of our products are made to order and availability of materials may affect the time it takes to prepare your order. Certain items, particularly personalized and custom orders, may take as many as 7 days to ship, more on very large orders or at holidays. If we anticipate any delay in fulfilling your order in a timely manner, we will contact you immediately. Our standard free shipping method is United States Postal Services (USPS) First Class Mail.  Upon checkout, you will also have the option to choose expedited delivery—U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days) or U.S.P.S. Express overnight shipping. We are not responsible for your package once the shipping carrier has picked it up. If your package was shipped express and is lost or damaged, contact the shipper to make a claim or contact us and we'll make a claim on your behalf.
